southbank1871 Spurs may be a little club in mentality, but they’re certainly not when it comes to the wages they pay out, so a failure to consistently secure Champions League football is unacceptable.

have another go...tottenham's wage structure is strict, and in no way excessive.

Bandini Whatever the lead, they had it where it counted, whereas Spurs' expensively-assembled squad finished in a shambles with no manager.

Do you think that Bale will cement the normal Spurs-Man Utd feeder club relationship, or will he go further afield?

two top four finishes in three years is not bad for a little club. and if levy coins it for bale fair play.

Yep, it's back to the glory glory years with a worthless fourth placed finish.

indeed. it is why levy sacked redknapp. if a little club can achieve so much, imagine what they could do with a good manager at the helm.

Ideal
frimmers3 How large is their stadium anyway, 30,000? So our stadium expansion plans will make the madejski stadium larger capacity than tottenham's ground?

If you believe that you will believe anything.
They've just finished a spell with Harry Redknapp in charge, a man who has a track record of overspending and leaving clubs in financial despair, and you believe they have a strict financial structure in place? Are you sat waiting for Santa Claus to arrive this year already?

How large is their stadium anyway, 30,000? So our stadium expansion plans will make the madejski stadium larger capacity than tottenham's ground?
And you think their wage structure is sustainable??? You're having a laugh.

but you will never fill it.was your "record crowd" perchance a tottenham friendly?

The word "little" is in quotation marks to signify that it was your choice of word, not mine. Was that a source of confusion for you?

I would add that people are very often able to find out about things that took place prior to their date of birth, if they are sufficiently curious. However, it's slightly odd to suggest that when they do so they "remember" such events.

Good signing that, although not sure Kenny deserves to be a sub.

Kenny will check with Colin that Colin is staying at Leeds, and will then be back up to Yorkshire before the end of August.

I like that signing as well, Paddy is off to Leeds, we have Cerny as no 2, i just hope the rumours of Konchesky are exactly that, AJ, Zamora and possibly Murphy are enough Fulham players at any one time, i reckon we'll also end up with Roque Junior as well.

A questionable decision. Will he be able to get in the team ahead of Manset?
