True. I'd expect Manset, Morrison and Angus McDonald to have limited first team opportunities next season, but you never know.

Agreed, and sadly I feel that it'll be Gorkss that will miss out, as he did with QPR. I think he's a technically better defender, but imagine what a brick wall Pearcey would be with PL experience under his belt. He's the one BM will play alongside Mariappa IMO. Peacre-Gorkss would lack too much pace for the PL.

i disagree i think gorkss has done enough to endure PL football

I think with all the diving, cheating forwards (*) they'll be up against in the PL, all the centre-backs will be needed at one time or another. Can't really see another season without defenders being sent off/suspended.

Seems about right to me. I expect we'll just promote Locke into the squad and send Andersen/McCarthy on loan, unless we buy that guy from Qatar.
