According to the press he has signed for Swansea a few weeks back..

He will go where he goes and in the end of the day the more teams in the running the better as that can only drive the price up and if he doesnt sign for Reading we get as much as possible sell on wise

Unless they've all bid the same and it's down to wages et al in which case the amount we get isn't affected by the number of clubs involved.

I hope all of our potential signings will not take as long as this to get sorted. Our first friendly is a little more than 2 weeks away. Maybe it is just me but wouldn't be a good thing if we have the majority of our 2012-2013 squad together before we hit camp? It might allow the new players maximum time to get familiar with how the system works and their fellow players. To me the longer the process of getting "4 or 5 new players" drags on the better chance we will get off to a slow start in the Premier League...where every single point is like gold.

I should imagine someone better warn the Royal Berks they are going to be busy over the weekend, given the chewed nails and other appendages, broken bones from things being randomly punched, kicked or butted. Could also warn C4 for 24 hours in A & E, this could be a 48 hour live special.

i agree, but then again i trust BM to know what he is doing. i fully believe that we could pull off a mid-table finish this season. we just need to get a few quality signings in needed positions.
