JayRoyal Had another look, and put the image over the top for a guide, its more likely to look like this...

If the hoops are wide like that it will be annoying. 2 steps forward with the hoops and the red letters, 3 steps back.

People asked for hoops - CHECK
People asked for red numbers CHECK

Some people are never happy! Without the red flash the numbers would look out of place surely..

RoyalBlue
No Fixed Abode Watfords new kit

Puma shirts have fooking massive sleeves.

LOL at the USP - scan the shirt with your smart phone to get taken straight to The Happy Egg Co website!

At first I thought it was a similar template as the new Newcastle away strip, but judging by the V-neck, it's the Watford template :|

Im sure it will grow on me (I best do some if the sleeves are that baggy!) although I was always a fan of the Mizuno westcoast kit with the badge in the middle

JayRoyal Judging by pic, the sponsor is quite high up on the shirt, very high :S

Having the badge in the middle looks much better than on the right, cause of the height of the puma logo, theres a lot of empty space that side.

Well I'm a fan. At first I was a bit miffed by the red, but it is in the badge, and it will work with the red lettering and numbering. It's different, and we've had a lot worse from Puma! Three kids shirts already asked for, so it went down well with them.

Just seen the shirt - it only has ONE broad blue hoop with Waitrose on. You'll see it on the OS tomorrow morning at 9am.

JayRoyal Away kit should look something like this:

Similar to JR's right hand one.

Badge on right.
Puma on left.
Plain yellow shoulders and arms.

Would be my bet.

Just seen this shirt - I'm guessing the shoulder stripe is much the same albeit different collar.

Perhaps you're not familiar with the saying "two steps forward, three steps back". I was suggesting that the red numbers and hoops were each a step forward but the extra wide hoops override it all, making it a bad shirt.

No Fixed Abode
Ups and Downs The best thing about all this is that the home shirt looks nothing like the abominations ITKes created.

Even I didn't think Reading would be so out of d8 to have the badge in the centre.

Was pretty close though.

What page was that on itkes?

No Fixed Abode New Dusseldorf kit

Other than the V neck, it could easily follow the pattern of this shirt, with one fat stripe, and thinner ones below.

That would be really hideous though, although I'm not sure if being really hideous makes it less or more likely. We are talking about designers, after all, who think adding that daft shoulder panel thing looks good.

The blue "Puma panel" on the away strip (assuming the above pictures to be accurate) works. The red version of it on the home shirt does not work and makes it look horrible. On the home shirt red should be left for trim and numbering etc. not a great big flash on one side that stands out like the proverbial sore thumb.

Hoping its at least 3 full hoops. Any less than that and they turn into "bands".
