That has everything to do with evidence and a willingness of the victim to pursue a charge and nothing to do with limited money or time for court cases, you utter fuktard.

I think the victim was willing to pursue or else they wouldn't report it, 7 times more wouldn't even get that far.
But hey, if you're happy with that statistic, so am I.

You super intellectuals have the monopoly on wisdom, but you need to remember, you need us utter fuktards coz we're the ones that stop you drowning in your shit when your civilised society f*cks up a bit.

No I'm not happy with the statistic. I happen to know at least two women who've been raped and not reported it thanks. (And no, I didn't do it)

From what I recall it's not uncommon for the crime to be reported and then the victim get cold feet about taking it further. Like domestic violence. There is afterall a massive stigma attached to it, with the victim often not wanting people to know it happened.

And given rape tends to not happen in public, and tends not to be reported straight away, with it not being in the least uncommon that the victim will have a shower first to clean themselves, it's not in the least bit surprising that few cases have enough evidence to be likely to achieve a conviction.

Which compared to something viewed by thousands of people, recorded on camera, is just a little bit different.

But then you'd be able to work that out if you had the IQ of a glass of water.

It all makes sense now.

Borderline racist, CPS obsessed, poorly educated and inarticulate with a massive inferiority complex towards anyone socially higher than a daily express reader.

You're oxf*rd police aren't you?

Ian Royal Shut the fuk up, your just making yourself look even more stupid.

FFS. why on earth would the CPS not want to prosecute in a case where they are not confident of a conviction, compared to a case where they are confident of conviction. Oh, forget minor crimes being taken to Court, murders and rapes are much more important so lets only do them.

Christ you are retarded.

University of Surrey report of 2009 states that 94% of reported rapes do not end in a conviction in our civilised society. The CPS are really serving us well aren't they.

& don't diss the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ, what's he done to upset you?

94% of alleged rapes do not end in a conviction. The best way to improve the rape conviction rate would be to give tougher sentences to those women that maliciously cry rape. That would help deter false allegations and therefore reduce the number of acquittals.

No, you see I have an old school medical mentality, a triarge model,
Sticks & stones, actions speak louder, all about priorities, those that are shouting the loudest are ok, it's the quiet ones that's where I need to focus. Save the life then worry about the cosmetic.
In a utopia, it would be nice to be able to do both, but we're not, the model that this society is using is deal with the trivial because it's easier, (we have the evidence before thousands, but still the case has taken a week!), but let people die and suffer needlessly due to cutbacks in all directions.
This case is miniscule in it's waste compared to other things like the MOD can't supply our guys with the right equipment, but they've got a fantastic multi-million pound art collection.

Hey, I'm out of step with the rest of you, maybe my complaints are mis-timed on this occaision, but I see 6 police officers guarding the court entrance, while around the corner, your grandmother has just been beaten up for the few pounds in her purse, but you'll bring her to me to be patched up and her case will probably not be followed up.

Racism is always a lot easier to digest when hidden under the veil of pro-society. Ask Nick Griffin.

I'd rather not,

but I would rather more time & money was spent on removing the veil on why more people skin type 6 are incarcerated in mental health intitutions than skin types below.

There was no evidence that he'd said anything - ridiculous prosecution.
