Hoop Blah It's good to see that Henley Town will still be running. I thought they'd just about folded but looks like they've got fresh blood in to almost start again.

Readingensian Reading Town's first six fixture have been released. As I'm now (un)fortunately within short walking distance of Scours Lane I shall perhaps attend the odd game or two. It should be an interesting season with a new management team in place and Colin Millard (perhaps the clubs most successful manager of recent times) returns as Director of Football for a third spell at the club.
Tues 7th Aug - A v Whitney Town

Four Of Clubs RTFC may even have a 'home' friendly this Sat vs Hayes & Yeading Ressies - presumably at Scours Lane but might be worth checking, as a lot of sides are trying to preserve their main pitches by playing elsewhere or using their 'training pitches', where they have them.

Four Of Clubs ... the featured Cup 'kick-off' tie as per Ascot v Wembley last season where the 1150 odd attended):-
(Still miffed about missing out on the 1 free burger per adult deal - my "starvin' get" of a daughter got the free one (mine) and they weren't selling any additional one's: would've blagged an extra ticket on the way in if I'd known! )
