MouldyRoyal Michael Hector on a 6 month loan to Shrewsbury.

Pleased with this - Good club with experienced manager, tidy new stadium and hopefully will start well after promotion.

Good move for the lad. L1 will be a good step up for him. Perhaps in Jan we might look for a Championship loan or top end L1, or just have him back around the first team in training for the added experience. Got a lot of potential this one.

Glad he's stepping up a level this season after impressing in League Two last year.

http://www.shrewsburytown.com/news/article/2aug12-loan-man-hector-keen-to-learn-from-jacko-289735.aspx

Loan signing Michael Hector, voted man of the match in Shrewsbury Town's latest friendly against Wolves, reckons working with Greenhous Meadow first team coach Mike Jackson can only enhance his game.

Great goal, correct me if Im wrong but Yeovil seem to loan a lot of players from us, I recall McCarthy impressing there and more recently D'Ath.

Beats three defenders and the keeper. Excellent!

Stooper Brett Williams is a season-long
cracking arrangement for both teams

Maccy D signed this fellah from non-league for a reason

Like SSC signed Antonio from Tooting years ago...there will be some big money (sell-on) or (even better still) some decent Reading games to come from this lad

To be honest I thought Sheppard could compete at a higher level than that provided by Accrington - at least he should get a lot of game time.

Ordinary in the 2 games I have seen this season. He won't be wearing a Reading shirt again.

Also murmurings that Obita is going to Portsmouth on loan (obviously). If he gets game time, great, but would prefer him trying Championship footie...
