urz13 A friend in Portugal was at the first game and said all he saw was a few hop over the fence and then one run onto the pitch after we scored. Police dealt with both incidents well and were fair and gave them a second chance. Not as bad as the Wednesday fans by any means.

Number 9 A description from Reading_fan is the next best thing to witnessing events with one's own eyes.
Are people really trying to claim that breaking into the stadium for the sake of saving 10 euro, running on the pitch to celebrate a goal in a meaningless pre-season friendly and throwing beer at the team bus isn't moronic?
Perhaps I'm just being a big stick-in-the-mud, but, to me, that sort of behavior does sound a little bit like it might fairly be considered a touch moronic.

Stuboo That sort of behaviour doesn't make the club or the country look good.

Big Foot God forbid there was any serious disorder at a RFC game, maybe we'd get the so called "meltdown" that was predicted. This thread has turned into "Daily Mail letter writers anonymous"

riverroyal Hopping over a low fence and one fan on the pitch in a pre-season game, not exactly disorder is it . . .
No arrests and all fans allowed in the ground and even the pitch invader just ushered back into the stands . . . sounds just like high spirits to me
I was at Didcot a few years back when fans got on the pitch, but cant remember a long drawn out thread like this
Reading fans need to get real, they are fortunate there is very little dissorder at the Madstad. They would go into meltdown if they followed the likes of Leeds, United, Cardiff, etc
