windermere_royal Lineker called it the MAJESKI , I seem to remember he did the same thing last time we went up, I don`t think he will do it again.

Most do call it the Majeski though. So what? Perhaps someone can tell him to just call it the Madstad, as most do, then he wont have to put up with the happy clapping spastics tweeting him how to pronounce it properly....

What have I missed here?

How is it pronounced then?

You know what, this noticeable spot on the MOTD opening sequence, Jason Roberts on MOTD2 and 606, an article in the Mail on Sunday on Anton and his Mrs, I'm loving the exposure we're getting this season.

Can anyone explain, without getting upset about the media hating us, why our fairly incident-less score draw should of been any earlier on Saturday's show?

The Cube
MmmMonsterMunch The only time we got on MOTD first in 2 seasons was the 6-0 drubbing of WHU IIRC. Perhaps the 3-2 Boro game also was 1st/2nd on.

We'll have to do something pretty special to get any decent analysis / higher up the bill. The analysis last night was crap agreed.

Rubbish - we were on first lots of times (including the Middlesbrough game). But not always for good reasons, from our point of view.

Also sure we were on first after the 7-4 spanking at Fratton Park. I think we even had the 'honour' of having all 11 goals close that night's show as well. Shudder.

You mean compared to two 5-0 games and a 3-0 game iinvolving Liverpool?

No. It was classic "and finally" material.

Jason Roberts was a pundit on MOTD 2 with Lawro last night. Jase spoke about our game and how the lads were disappointed we didn't win. They'd shown the WHU game "highlights" just after ours and Lawro reckoned WHU would do OK this season, mainly because of the manager. He's such a tw@t - but we don't need him to say anything good about RFC - when we finish top 10 and WHU are relegated, we'll have the last laugh.

You never know. We finished 8th the first time we were in the Premier League. Anything that makes Reading-bashing Lawro look stupid is good for me. He's almost up there with Neil Warnock now as a Reading nemesis, for me. And it is possible that West Ham get relegated, though I'm not sure they will. Let's hope.

Typical Line-acher. Paid a fortune and still can't do his job properly. He's only had 15 years to pronounce the stadium correctly. Overpaid idiot.

On a similar note: The BBC have shown thirty live matches in the last three seasons of live Championship games. The number of times they shown different teams is:

7: Cardiff (3)
6:
5: Nottingham Forest (3)
4: Leeds (2)
3: Newcastle (1), Southampton (1), WBA (1), WestHam (1), QPR (2), Derby (3), Middlesbrough (3)
2: Norwich (1), Swansea (2), Burnley (2), Coventry (3), Leicester City (3), Watford (3)
1: Birmingham City (1), Sheffield Wed (1), Blackpool (2), Portsmouth (2), Preston North End (2), Sheffield Utd (2), Barnsley (3), Bristol City (3), Crystal Palace (3), Doncaster (3), Ipswich (3),
0: Brighton (1), Plymouth (1), Blackpool ( 2), Hull (2), Millwall (2), Peterborough (2), Scunthorpe (2), Reading(3)

Champions in bold. (n) number of seasons in Championship out of the last three.
