Stubooedinburghroyal Can both play and McAnuff be benched?
It's possible, but one of them would have to play on their unfavoured left side. I'm not sure if Brian would be willing to drop the captain also. Worth thinking about though.

sandmanStubooOptimist Random outbursts at people who are not having a go at him followed by a generic "okay", classic 1TeamInBerks material.
I even got a PM from him informing me, "Kebe rubbish."
I got a PM telling me not to call him 1 team berks. True story, okay.

Stuboo I agree that having both gives us great options.
McCleary does cross well, but I can also remember a quality cross from Kebe last season which Roberts headed in.

JordCot I personally don't think McAnuff is a good enough option to be starting in CM except for injuries.
We have seen two games from him this season. At stoke both he and HRK were pretty anonymous but at chelsea he looked good, he took on his man and looked to have the eating of Ivanovic. McCleary has looked good so far but it is far too early for us to say he is much more consistent that Kebe.

Stuboomoonwalklikebasedinburghroyal Can both play and McAnuff be benched?
Yes! Someone talking sense on this site for once!
I'm just gonna throw this out there, it doesn't mean I agree with it (I don't). But what about moving McAnuff into central midfield and also playing Kebe and McCleary?

Upper West Ginger At Stamford Bridge Jobi ran past three players and then got fouled by the next two, notably John Terry who should have been booked.
From the resultant free-kick we got our second goal.
It was a tremendous piece of skill by Jobi, - if Terry hadn't fouled him, he would have been through on goal, and we might have been celebrating a wonder-goal. As it was, justice was done.

Kebe Cummings What about moving McAnuff to left back and playing both Kebe and McLeary?

loyalroyal4life Given that Brian wont drop Mcanuff, I would go with Kebe with Mcleary as the impact sub!
