bracksroyal10 Didn't think we looked too convincing at the back particularly in the centre of defence Gorkss needs to learn when to use his right foot instead of trying to clear wildly with the outside of his left. Worrying that we only just beat Peterborough should of beat them convincingly not taking anything away from them they were by far the better team the first 20 minutes. Thought Taylor was good for them but on the other hand I think our defence possibly made him look better than he is.

Nevertheless still got the result to go through and maybe the 3 week break has come at a good time for Fedders all keepers have a bad spell and this is his and I was disappointed at some of the fans comments after its 3 bad games he has had over his entire spell at Reading. We played some good stuff in patches of the game but we will need to up our game if we are going to stay up. I'm hopeful it was more a case of taking the foot of the gas playing an inferior opposition we will get punished in the Prem if we play like that at the back again however.

On what evidence is that based on.

Cripple Creek On a completely different point but still on the League Cup, Antonio looks like he is doing very well indeed at Sheffield Wednesday. From The Guardian. I feel, and I know others feel similarly, that we may rue the day....

After that the Owls finished the half the stronger, with Michail Antonio's direct running causing a fright. His initial 36th-minute effort saw him dispossess Alex Kacaniklic and embark on a surge towards the area, culminating in a rasping drive that forced Mark Schwarzer into a low save to his right. After Schwarzer was relieved to see a free header from six yards from Madine fall safely into his grasp, Antonio had another opportunity in the 44th minute. Played in by Chris Maguire, his run into the area on this occasion saw him cut back on to his left foot to leave with him a clear sight of goal, only to flash his shot just over the crossbar.

'greed. I was watching McCleary tonight and I thought, I really miss that bloke who used to trip over his own feet and find me with his crosses more often than he did his team mates.

lol, except his cross for roberts header against soton was superb, cross of the season for RFC, if not the championship

is he good enough for the prem? no

will he be at some point this season? no

will he be next season- doubtful

did he want to go? yes

would it be fair on him to keep him/send him out on loan again? no

paultheroyal Feds stormed off at the whistle and with the morons calling for McCarthy after the Feds error then I am not surprised.

If you were one of them, then shame on you and pee off and follow Swindon!

Whilst I agree that chanting the reserve keeper's name is pretty pathetic and counter productive, Federici could do well to show a little humility. He is being paid many times the income of the people who are payaing to watch him play. By any measure, he has had a terrible start to the season yet the reaction of the majority of fans has been to get behind him and give his as much support as possible.

I don't think it's too much to ask for him to acknowledge that support at the end of the game rather than blanking the fans and stomping off in a huff because a minority (as they are entitled to do, however misguided) voiced some discontent.

No, we have to show him eternal support otherwise we are c/nts who should support another team.

Ffs, he has lost his confidence. His continued selection is not good for us and it's not good for him. Three game in a row now? Come on, it's time to put him out of his misery.

Think its probably more to do with him being pissed off about his own performance rather than some little 14 year old chanting another keepers name in the east stand

Tamworth_Royal Our strongest team lol. Just look at the bench Alf aside not a single game changer. If 2-0 against Spurs after 40 mins then what.
