He was 2004/05 Player of the season at Reading and was Cambridge United's top scorer in 2002/03 so may have been their's but I can't find any info to prove or disprove this. This does of course mean a gap so not back-to-back but he may only be counting full seasons as he joined Reading in Dec 2003.

having looked at the guardian video I'm convinced it is Dave Kitson. Definitely looks like him, left footed, his build and his posture.
