Spurs, West Brom and QPR, the matches have finally been coming thick and fast so no excuse to be on the back foot. We will be boosted by the return of Kebe in the match day squad and we go into this on the back of a hard fought win.

Newcastle have an enviable squad (especially in attack), but they have injury worries and have hardly set the Prem alight so far with a solitary win against Norwich, and managing only draws with Everton and Villa.

If Southampton can pull Villa apart then there is no reason why we can't have our day against Newcastle. I'm going 3-0 Reading - Pog tap in, Shorey free-kick, and Le Fondre to come on and grab our 100th Prem Goal for the third.

Im genrally optimistic with predictions and even though we played well against QPR i cant see nothing but a Newcastle victory but....there is no shame in that as they are a good side who will be challenging for a top 6 finish.

I also predict Pardew will praise us highly after the game

Oh yes, first game of the season. Should know better than to rely on my knowledge alone when posting on HNA?, always someone waiting in the wings to pick up on any erros lol

Still sticking with my prediction though, they are beatable!

BraisingsteakRoyal After last nights positive display i'd like to revise my prediction upwards to the tune of 2-2.

Pog and Pearce - Ba and Cisse for the fat, shirtless wonders.

Ahem.
