Signs over the entry gates says "HOME SUPPORTERS ONLY". Why are they allowing that rule to be broken?
Exactly.

peterroyal76larry1971LoyalRoyalFan Let me think..... Newcastle fan going mad when they score, stewards sit there doing nothing about the complaints.
I was sitting in the disabled section in the corner of the north and main stand when Newcastle scored there was a bloke behind me who got very excited and started chearing a steward did speak to himbut if it's the bloke I think you're talking about then technically speaking he wasn't exactly in the home end as when I turned around to look he appppeaed to be sitting in one of the seats in the hospitality boxes.
Was it Mike Ashley?

paultheroyal Will put this here rather than starting new thread.
We have encouraged 2 new fans to join this season who have season tickets in the upper west. Husband and wife and in their 50's.
When Mcanuff hit the post this lady got rather excited and jumped up.
Bloke sat behind her grabbed hold of her shoulders and said in a firm voice "sit down woman, this is an all seater stadium".
She was very upset and when she left her seat at the end of the game let's just say this bloke was told in no uncertain terms he is not to touch or speak to her like that again. If he does, stewards I am sure will be busy!

lowerwestjnrroyalexile God forbid any of the Reading support sitting in the oppositions end. That has never happened before has it.
Crystal Palace 2 years ago, I sat in the home end near the dugouts with a Palace supporting friend of the family, it was the game we drew 3-3? I struggled to contain my emotion when I shouted for the penalty. But politely clapped when they scored.

I sat in the home end near the dugouts
I must have been sat very near you for that very same game.

West Stand Man Example 1.I sat in the home end near the dugouts
Example 2.I must have been sat very near you for that very same game.
Quick lesson in English grammar. Example 1 is the correct use of the word 'sat'. Example 2 is not. You cannot have 'been sat'. the correct use is
"I must have been sitting ..."
Just saying ....

Alexander Litvinenko I was at St Mary's in for our win in April sitting in the block 2 away from the Reading fans.
Now *that* was scary - some of the neaderthals in there seemed to be complete throwbacks to the 80s.

Compo's Hat I'm expecting this thread to go into meltdown the day after the Arsenal League Cup game.
