I am amazed that seats with a 'severely restricted view' cost £41. It's a lot of money to spend to go up there and not see very much.

Are you going though.

The "restricted view" seats are mostly at the back and are only restricted because most team's fans (in front of them) stand up for the game, so grab yourself a bargain. Won't be a problem for us

Is it as restricted as QPR's?

I went once and from memory, it was only the roof that blocked off most of the sky. Any difference to being at the top of the Southbank at old Elm Park?

The same allocation as Stoke took and all clubs take for a league fixture at Anfield. Another thing their tickets were a couple of quid less that Reading's. I don't understand.

Over 65 - £31.50

Under 17 - £15.00

It's because we're a bigger team than Stoke, and more attractive to watch, so they can charge more.

Bit of a compliment they regard us as more attractive opponents than Cat C. I noticed last season Blackburn, Bolton and Wigan failed to sell there allocation. And they are an hour down the road.

Not more attractive. More wealthy and likely to attend in larger numbers.

Out.

Restricted view only - not prepared to pay that much for it.

Going to arsenal cup game and qpr only now.

Ear marked Newcastle away as my big away day with a stay over up there with GF. Can't wait. Also man city away as I had a ticket but missed out in 2007 due to illness - not sure I'd get a ticket - got 800 points.

I'd be surprised if the club took any more than the initial allocation for any away game after we failed to sell out for Chelsea.

In for the LOLZ. £9 increase on my last visit in 2006 and for a restricted view.

Yours, A Mug.

I was on the back row for the league game we lost 2-1 (Matejovsky with a screamer for the opener). The view's not too bad, you can't see the ball when it's in the air towards the far end, but you can see both goals (so better than QPR)
