For the record we cannot sign anyone and play them before January as we have already used all the places in our 25 man squad.

Don't see the point in taking worthless punts on players who are only rated 50/50 as to whether they can still cut it out at the top. If its someone e.g Lazovic who would add to our squad then I don't have an issue with it. But Silvestre? Would be an all to familiar story like Ian Harte's season so far.

While we are still tightly grouped with a number of clubs, I do not see the point in this we should look to bring in useful additions that we know will make a difference in January 3 players at the most (1 cb that can be relied upon if we have injuries/suspensions, 1 striker to partner pog and possibly a left footed winger that is better than hrk).

After long negotiations with Bolton Wanderers and West Ham United he failed to reach an agreement with any club with him demanding ridiculous wages. He has been through 3 agents since July (20/09) when Bolton were trying to contact him many proclaimed to represent him and it took 9 weeks to finally contact and arrange a meeting! He had agreed the wages with Bolton then turned up with his agent who demanded more than double the agreed, plus £2 Million and a free transfer at the end of the season if Bolton don't gain promotion! He rejoined his former club Valenciennes.
