They need to do something. Sounds like a positive step forward for the club. Will they be keeping the stands in place and just adding to them or completely starting from scratch? Anyone know?

The plan is to extend the existing stadium, so I'd expect Liverpool to be playing with three stands for a couple of seasons - it will be similar to when the Kop was knocked down and rebuilt around '94 or so.
