Royalist I guess it could be the 'usual' turnover at the moment! That said i know people who've turned down the chance to play because they play with mates on a Sunday and don't fancy Saturday, Sunday and sometimes Monday football.

the lad sent off for Wokingham is someone I know, heard it was one of the worst challenges you're ever likely to see. Certainly no appeal!Four Of Clubs ....and here's this PMs Results in the Vase:
Sun 14 Oct
56 London Lions 2-1 Codicote aet
59 Hadley 4-4 Berkhamsted aet
65 Wokingham & Emmbrook 0-1 Marlow aet - att 202 - - was here : harsh on 'Sumas' but Marlow looked the more threatening for longer periods. Home sides' plight not enhanced by a straight red on approx 30' following an horrendous lunge over the ball in midfield. Marlow LB down for a very long time as a result - couldn't be moved. Paramedics/Ambulance called - suspected broken leg. Sumas created a few half chances but late 2nd half Marlow brought on 'Big Bad' Marcus Richardson and his guile, know-how and all round nuisance value eventually created an opening early in ET. Marlow's other 'big' players also picked up & delivered in ET and were a constant menace with the ball - but Wokkers had competed gamely with 10 men for well over the 90'.
67 Aylesbury United 0-2 Kidlington - bit of an upset - 'Ducks currently flying high in 2nd in the SSMP - Kiddy have been struggling at the wrong end of the Hellenic but I think I've read they've got in a few more players recently.
71 Oxford City Nomads 2-1 Windsor

Royal Rother That's Byron, not Bryon of course.
I wonder what's gone on there then as they were in play-off places.
Dave Mudge would be an obvious candidate for the position I guess. Maybe Byron, who was assistant at Windsor & Eton under Mudge, still well-liked at Windsor I believe, and with good local contacts, might pop up at Stag Meadow to help out a bit. Woodham was working under Walton before taking the job at Windsor.
What an incestuous little world the non-league in Berks and Bucks is!!
(SYCOB Chairman) Woolman told the Observer: "Byron is stepping down because of business commitments, he works all over the country as a roofer.
"It is disappointing in one way but we have just got to concentrate on moving the club forward.
"He will take charge tonight (home v Chesham United, Red Insure Cup first round, 7:45pm kick off) and he will still be here next Monday. He'll be here until we appoint a new manager.
"We will see who applies but it definitely won't be Dave Mudge or Keith Scott."
