TheMaraudingDog Do Liverpool fans fail to accept even 1% responsibility for Hillsborough?

Yes we do fail to take even 1/100th of 1% responsability because we done nothing wrong. Nowt, zip, oxf*rd all, nothing!! got it yet ?

Always the victims, its never your fault.

Fact is, there were some scouse oxf*rd jumping fences, charging gates, going in on forged tickets. Every club does it.

Because if these people though at least 1 extra fan died. If there was none of the above there would still have been tragic deaths, but your fans contributed.

When you pick out the gate jumpers and bring justice to them I'll have some respect.

Until that point you will always be shit chucking ambulance rocking Munich singing wall pushing murdering oxf*rd.

The fact is there wasnt. Read the results of the independent panel. These were lies perpetrated by the police as you would know if you took your blinkers off and actually read up on the facts. Ambulance rocking ? well ask Alan Smith who recently came out and rubbished those claims, As for the little youtube clip, well thats quite a famous clip because it is so rare that you get a group of LFC fans singing about Munich, your fans sing nasty shit about us even when we arent playing you. 96 wasnt enough, well that just shows you up for what you are. Anyway, this is a Reading forum so i apologise to them for clogging up their boards replying to a sick person like you.

FACT is there was. I've seen it clear as day. Its there on tape for all to see. I'll take that over the 'independent' review any day. Remind me, who was the panel on that review?

And for that YouTube clip being a one off, what's this all.about:

He certainly wont judging by the pm's ive recieved from some of you guys which are appreciated. Ive been told TMD is a wind up merchant and a bit of a troll. Sad really when people resort to saying things like 96 was not enough. On the other hand the majority of this forum have been great. Ive even had pm's explaining in detail why our current manager is a bit of a disaster which is a little bit of a concern to me but appreciated anyway. Hope its a good game later today and would like to wish Reading all the best for the rest of the season.

To be fair, 96 was not enough is the lowest of the low.

Stand by the rest mind.

I'll be in The Waldorf in about an hour if you fancy a pint.

PBR those videos look legit to me

The top video i remember well as it wasnt that long ago. 2 idiots from thousands reacting to their chants and the post match thread on my forum was full of people condemning them for stooping to their level. the 3rd video, the one pretending to announce a flight landing is the work of an internet troll, probably similar to tmd. 4th one is a banner at heysel which was 28 years ago, a couple of years before i was a match going fan, in the 70s and 80s which were the hooligan years LFC 'fans' regular sang about Munich and you wont find me defending it, most teams had idiot fans that wanted to fight in them days. As for the other 2 i would like to know how long ago they are because in the last 20 years ive only had to tell 2 Pricks off for singing that shite at Anfield. I wrote the poem below 3 years ago the night before the 20th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster :-

Tribute to the 96

20 years passed in the blink of an eye
But an eye that even now cant help but cry
when my mind goes back to that awful day
when we thought we were going to watch the red men play

It was a glorious sunny day for the semis of the cup
It was only a matter of time before we'd be 2 or 3 nil up
coz we had Macca and Aldo, Barnes and Beardsley too
Notts Forest would be no match for this superstars who's who

And when we got to Sheffield the atmosphere was great
But i remember one lad asking 'Any spare tickets mate ?'
coz for the second year running they'd given us the wrong end
the FA's rank stupidity, when will it ever end ?

So i got onto the terrace just after half past 2
Why's this pen overcrowded ? we didnt have a clue
Then as kick off time approached the police opened up a gate
A terrible decision sealing innocent peoples fate

As a kid of just 19 i saw things you shouldnt see
Like some poor bloke slowly dying just a few feet away from me
And shouts and screams of anguish were ringing out that day
coz they could only stand by helpless as their loved ones past away

Then that rag The Scum 'newspaper' added insult to the pain
Telling lies just to sell papers for some sick financial gain
Lies so horrible and heinous that they'll never be forgot
and that Kelvin Mackenzie really does deserve to rot

So in case you never read it ill tell you what they said
You know, we pissed on the coppers and we stole from the dead
Any decent human being knew it wasnt true it wasnt right
And im just left to wonder how they sleep in bed at night

And so to the familys of people who never made it home
We'll always keep on singing that You'll Never Walk Alone
And one day in the future the REAL truth will come out
Until that day its Justice For the 96 We'll shout.

Thankfully the last a couple of lines has come true now.

You are very far from the football world, you silly little tit. The football world asks nothing of the sort, as ably demonstrated by the majority on here.

Having an opinion on Hillsborough where you think 'some' Liverpool fans were to blame that day - and you get that silly response from Ian.

The house of commons just had a 6 hour debate on Hillsborough, Every MP from both sides of the house that contributed to the debate stressed the fact that LFC fans did nothing wrong and anyone who pointed the finger at them were lying to fit an agenda. So having an opinion where you think 'some' Liverpool fans were to blame that day is bullshit.

And Andy Burnham MP, in particular, was superb - absolutely tore into the not only the police but also the football authorities for their lack of leadership and absence of governance.

Correct. And just to point out that Mr Burnham is a very big Everton fan not Liverpool. He was indeed superb.

Whilst measures should have been put in place at the stadium to avoid the crush outside the ground - there were still Liverpool fans pushing and shoving fellow fans to get into the Leppings Lane end for kick off. This pushing and shoving certainly didn't help stewards and police. There also would have been a number of fans trying to 'jib' in. Liverpool fans have a history of that, prior to Hillsborough and unbelievably after Hillsborough. (You would have thought they would learn their lesson). These fans will not come forward and say "I didn't have a ticket that day and was trying to get in without one' or 'I was pushing and shoving fellow fans in front of me as I was being too impatient. Will they eck.....So IMO - 'some' Liverpool fans didn't help matters that day.

So by that reckoning, if Liverpool fans are totally blameless, as many on here say 'that's what crowds do' - then the idiot Leeds fan who pushed Kirkland in the face is blameless and it's the stewards/police's fault for not putting measures in place to prevent that happening. After all, that's what hooligans do.
