In all honesty, WTF is going on here? If my memory serves, only he and Harte haven't gotten chances since being replaced, and Harte deservedly so. PLAYER OF THE SEASON. We're not talking about a Feds situation - solid starter on a winning team. PLAYER OF THE SEASON.

Something behind the scenes?

my understanding is that Brendon knows him and rates him, so he sees him as a potential long term centre half at liverpool (makes sense the ave. age of liverpool line up). his head has been turned and he will be off jan/end of season. player of the season says it all mate, no way he wouldnt be playing unless something going on backstage so the 'pool rumours i think are credible...

This would be truly devastating, there can't be many other reasons for his exclusion?

To lose our 'player of the season', for nothing, at the end of the season to Rogers would just show pure incompetence of the highest level. I just assumed he would be RFC for life, i cant believe he has been allowed to run his contract down this far!

just had a look and its 18 GOALS in 6 gameS he has been missing. gotta be more to this THAN DROPPED FOR LOSS OF FORM. It would kill me to see Brendon's face unveiling our best player *angry*

Pearce's return last season shored the defence up, the rest is history.

Not sure what he has done wrong going from Player of the Season to sitting on the bench.

The Radio Berks pundits last night linked it to being out of contract at the end of the season.

How Gorkss still gets in the team is beyond me. He is majority of time fault to goals, he gives stupid free kicks away and is easily beaten. Pearce and Morrison/Mariappa need to be starting soon!
