Didn't Samuel travel at the start of the season before picking up a minor injury? He's a bright prospect that has an impressive record at youth and reserve level. I'd be surprised if he played any part in the game, but has travelled for the experience, as have many other youngsters in the past. If we go down this season then Samuel could play a significant part here next season, same for Jordan Obita. At the moment it seems Hunt, Roberts and Pogrebnyak are the three favoured strikers. I assume Le Fondre getting a game for the U21's was purely to keep him match fit if we call on him from the bench.

Someone mentioned on Twitter that Mariappa could be out injured. We all know that Twitter has a lot BS on it, but I hope it isn't true.
