Stuka This is definitely Hall of Fame material. Further spin off thread potential too:
Paedophiles on our side? The last taboo

Elm Park Pasty I noticed that The Siege did not reappear on this thread last night, maybe his head did explode after all that ranting the other night?

Google tells me that the last taboo is actually safe sex within the dementia society.
Not sure how that affects our performance at the weekend but it certainly adds to the debate.

SnowballTheSiege
And you are going to actually say something when (by which I mean stand up and state YOUR view)? I thought not.
3. At least 95% of immigrants work harder and care more, have more ambition than the bottom 40% of our society.

Royalclapper If there are to be a number of gay players in the team, does that mean we will get to see Reading FC 'The Musical'? That way, all of the clubs problems will be melted away via spontaneous outbursts of OTT song and dance.

Optimist What do people make of the "SOME PEOPLE ARE GAY! GET OVER IT!" signs on the side of many Reading Buses atm? Taking this thread as an example, it looks as if the majority of people are "over it", or not concerned by it at least. So who exactly are they shouting at? If they are targeting the likes of TheSiege, isn't he allowed to have his own opinion, despite 9/10 people thinking it's barbaric? As westongeezer said it seems the media do seem to "ram it down peoples throats" (don't know if there's a pun intended) much more than the other issues which divide society, when there seems to be no or little need.

Irritated me when I first saw it, thought 'why are you shouting at me about this, I am over it', tweeted, shrugged, and carried on with my life.
