Toon Toon Blue army Another way of looking at it...
Roman Abramovich is very clever. He is ruthless, no doubt about that, but do you think you can make the sort of money he has without being so? He see's when a current manager is losing it slightly and gets rid straight away, no 'giving time'. Is this such a bad policy?
Chelsea have had 8 managers given the boot under Abramovich, surely this is madness?
Well considering they have won; 3 league titles (runners up 4 times), 4 FA cups, 2 League cups and 1 European cup in the last 10 years.. This seems a fairly sensible approach!

Bowman's QuiverNo Fixed Abode Feel sorry for RDM.
Paid the price of mismanagement from the higher echelons of the club. How can the 5th biggest club in Europe start the season with only two recognised strikers? Buck, Gourlay, Abramovich needs to re-assess their management of the club.
It's got to be Pep Guardiola now and he needs to be given time to build the squad he wants. With the change in style of play and personnel this season, it was always going to be a bit of a re-building season.
They're barely the 5th biggest club in England, never mind Europe.

Mr Optimist You could reasonably argue that they are the third biggest club in London to be fair although West Ham fans would disagree with you.

Chelsea have never been a big club. They're above average with a lot of money behind them, that's it. Take Roman away and they would have still been struggling to fill 35k seats. It wasn't all that long ago they were struggling to get 10k in the Bridge at the top level. At least the likes of West Ham get 30k plus crowds, and that's based largely on decent passionate support.

You beat me to it Bowman-Lol@NFA believing that his club that has bought the European Cup once is the 5th biggest in Europe.
Forest fans might have something to say about that as well as other one-time winners such as Aston Villa and surely even Celtic are bigger.
They also are not even the biggest club in London.
I think, after what NFA has previously said about Rafa, it will be the Lol of the season if the Spaniard ends up there.
Also what a spineless performance last night,an embarrassment for English football and just goes to show what an outrageous fluke last year's European Cup win was but we should have known that already after Athletico Madrid had made them look 3rd division earlier this year.
Victor Meldrew NFA,
Get your Banner ready for you to wave in your living room (or those 2 times a year that you go to the bridge)
IN RAFA WE TRUST.
Lol,a thousand and more times Lol.
