Royal91 Why the hell is Gorkss, Federici, Gunter and L,Wood anywhere near the first 11?

What is this obsession of keeping McAnuff on and bringing him into the middle? He is the least inspiring captain ever, more to the point he's a shit CM.

Why did you not buy a fast striker who can make channels runs as that's the way you want to play? Pog has less movement than a tree.

Why have you not dropped Gorkss when he's been absolutely shit and the 3 other CB's have played pretty well in their cameos.

I thought the Russian money was to prevent our starts from leaving? How much is Pearce actually demanding, it must be f*cking loads?

What are the details on the Guthrie bust up? How did it happen?

Its apparent all the mistakes that happened the last time we were in the EPL have happened again? A lack of quality players is clearly evident and not buying players that fit a certain system.

Why do you keep trying to win in ridiculous situations, we know a 2-2 draw away to Wigan is a good result. 3v3 in the 90min is unacceptable.

What was this 'Strategy' you came up with that allowed us to hold onto leads? Seen f*** all evidence its working!

Sums it all up nicely put

1. Why the oxf*rd is Gorkss continuing to play when we have a future Reading captain and POTS in Pearce and a better CB in our squad?
2. Why is Gunter preferred over Cummings? I thought you were gonna allow the team who came up a crack at the prem?
3. Why the hatred on Guthrie and thinking he has the attributes to sit behind the striker when only a truly gifted player like Gylfi could do it?
4. Why do we consist on hoofing the ball to Pog when it is clear that he likes the ball to his feet? Which reverts back to my question about Guthrie? Why don't you put him in the middle of the park and get him controlling in the tempo.
5. Why do you think we lose leads? Is it because we don't control the tempo of the game which reverts back to Guthrie isn't he the sort of player who manipulates the tempo...
6. Why does Le Fondre not start more?

I could go on...

Brian, can you somehow encourage your players to bring back that winning mentality which they employed so well last season?

Brian - where is it exactly that we "move on" to after every abject failure?

Brian why did you see fit to let our players keep pouring forward against those Gooner c+nts when the match was safe.

Come to think of it why do you see fit to let our players pour forward when any result appears safe.
Didn't do it last season. I still love you though. But not in a man love kind of way you understand.

Considering our last 5 games does he believe that 6 from 15 is enough?

Villa is now a must win game.

Will he drop.some players that need to.be benched? Ie our captain and kaspars?

Has he considered playing 5-3-2 when Guthrie returns?

Does he agree that we were unprofessional in the 2 mins against wigan?

I hope not, otherwise we won't be able to play either of our two best players (McAnuff and Kebe), or if we do then they will be up against two wide players. We'll also have three centre backs dealing with (usually) one striker.

As per an earlier post just how badly do Leg'wood, goorks and Mcnuff have to play to get dropped. Quite frankly they have been embarrassing lately. Admittedly were over-performing last season but no where near good enough for the PL.
Plus why do you persist in making pointless substitutions near the end of the match. And why do you always take Roberts off when you need a hold up player. He's the only one who can trap a ball and shield it.
Are you determined to see an early return to the Championship or do you just want extended gardening leave in the New Year.

Brian, Gorkss has been responsible for numerous defensive errors so far this season, plenty of which have cost us, yet he is the only ever present member of the defence. I understand that you may feel his experience and leadership are helpful, but he's just not playing anywhere near his ability level. Why do you persist with him despite these failings when last year's Player of the Season and one of your big summer signings are available to replace him?

Our best performances so far this season seem to have come when we have conceeded first - Chelsea & Everton - yet we look confused when we take the lead this season and inevitably lose it. It's like we think we are second best and should be having to come from behind. What has happened to the mental strength that saw us beat superior sides like West Ham, Saints and possibly Brighton last season?

Brian - does it piss you off that various keyboard warriors with little to no knowledge of football management think they know better than you?

Does it also piss you off that despite 2 cup QF's, a play-off final & a league title (done on a shoestring) in the space of 2 and half years people still see fit to boo & moan?

The quality of sides should have no impact on our mental strength. We've proven we can get into winning positions this season, yet we throw them away. We didn't do that last season.
