1987/88 - L 2-1 - from memory we took the lead - relagated end of season -
2006/07 - L 2-1 - first away game in Prem - lose following taking early lead through Doyle.
2007/08 - L 3-1 - Outplayed for 90 mins and score consolation in last minute. Relagated end of season.

ReadingJim I've been positive throughout the season, always 'expecting' a result for the Royals but I have to say that saturday was the straw that broke the camels' back: Unless we shake up our defence we're never going to survive. Our attack is actually pretty decent but that's meaningless if we just crumble defensively.
So my prediction, sadly, for the first time this season, is a Reading loss - 2-1 Villa.
And even sadder, I think it'll be hard for BmcD to hold his position for much longer if we do lose this. On the plus side, Di Matteo's probably gagging for the job - unless Southampton get there first...
