The train fares are absolutely ridiculous, so I'm out.

The FA Cup Quarter-Final game a few years back was fantastic.

I remember going to Maine Road to watch Reading once, Kinkladze's last ever game for City I think....Of course, you guys wouldn't remember that.

IIRC, actually played on the Saturday as the result had no bearing on promotion, relegation or play offs. I think we may have lost 3-2 after being 2-0 up. Nothing new there then. My favourite trip to Maine Rd was for the FA Cup tie in the early 90s. 4,000 Reading fans plus a Scott Taylor.

Why does it say on the website "General Sale November 28" (on the Tickets page)? Must be a mistake?

You're moaning about £40 to watch us play the Premier League champions? Considering some Championship clubs charge £30, I'd say £40 to see Silva/Aguero etc is quite reasonable.

But, interestingly, the Premier League champions don't need to charge that - ticket revenue is a tiny fraction of their total income. they could easily charge £10 or £20 and not notice the difference on the figures. So why do they feel they need to charge that much?

Been there thrice already, and I don't think anything will ever beat the 2-0 in 2007. A Leroy Lita masterclass in finishing
