These two are in the bottom three and "Southampton are very very comfortable". It's not even close. We are that bad!

Barry the bird boggler So utterly sick of the Reading way when you have a squad of players that just are not technically good enough for the top division

But look at the 25 man squad and how many actulalt did he expect to play in the prem? About 18? Terrible decisions taken in the summer.

AZ bought a Championship club for a Championship price. And all that rubbish about us being a top 10 European club in so many years........

THIS to the power of a billion

I read this thread and just think "do these wankers actually follow the same football club as me?" You absolute shower of cuntholes.

Agreed. There's been some shocking abuse on this thread, of Brian in particular. Some folk on here today with very short memories.

And some stood on the touchline at Southampton with even worse memories. Seven days later and they can't remember what leads to us losing every game.

There's no room for sentiment when it gets this bad. As SSC and hundreds of managers have found out.

paulholsgrove83 With or Without Brian, this squad is taking us down. The damage was done before the season started and nobody will join this shit in January.

This. Not even SAF could turn this around with the squad we have. Needed to spend 3 times as much as we did in the summer. Hopefully AZ learns quickly.

Meantime Southampton realise that once they take the lead, all they need to do is keep the ball. Simples!!

Players have clearly given up already - we are down after today. Gutless spineless and pathetic performance today.

It would be a huge mistake to spend money in January if we spend as well as we did in the summer.

Start planning for next year season now and it's not going to be the Prem.
