We can only hope, The Brian out brigade is growing bigger by the week, and he should realise that, turning a blind eye to huge public opinion is like burying your head in the sand and hoping it will go away.

Judging by some of the performances last season. This season shouldn't really come as much of a surprise.

Be fun to win the Championship again next season. The Premiership is probably the most over rated in the world. Reading can never compete with the "big money boys".

Gunny Fishcake http://www.readingfc.co.uk/news/article/mcdermott-reaction-081212-532864.aspx

You couldn't make it up !

The record is so badly worn that the guy playing it has to be replaced.

Even if it did look like 0-0 for a long time, that wouldn't have been good enough. And no, the supporters aren't as frustrated as you are. They're far more frustrated than that!

We all do our best every single day, I know what they players are giving us, we pick ourselves up quickly ahead of Tuesday. We're used to winning, now we're not winning and nobody enjoys that. We'll keep going because things change.

Same old, same old. As for 'We're used to winning'

We can't even compete with the 'ordinary money boys' in the PL.

As for winning the Championship next year, not a chance in hell if McDermott is still in charge.

I can see from the latest statement that Brian is running out of things to say, he can`t defend that performance and he didn`t try too, he knows the buck stops at his door and the vultures are circling.

Yeah, who are we to compete with the giants of Wigan, Swansea, Norwich, QPR, Southampton, West Brom, West Ham, Fulham etc.

It is more a question of seeing the likes of Wigan every week rather 2-3 times a season in the championship.

"I do my best every day – so do the staff and players"

This is his new favorite saying.
