Someone totally un-connected with the club (had enough of Nicky's yes men)
Someone who has played/managed in the Top division
Someone who is not mates with any of the current squad
Someone who does not give undue respect to past achievements
(i.e. not someone satisfied with where we are)
And most importantly someone prepared to tell those at the Club that do not know what they are doing - just that.
So basically we are stuck with what we already have!

URZ_Prem_13 Dick Advocatt will come in, but i'd much prefer Di Matteo as he is good at working with out of form teams (Chelsea) and is a strong character in the dressing room, yes he may have won the champions league last season, but he will come to a club with good ownership backing as he didn't get that at Chelsea. Although i dont know if Anton would give him that hmmmm
