No Fixed AbodeDarlo Royal There were more than 109. Don't know where 277 comes from, but that seems about right to me. I only had to drive 30 miles home, but respect to the bloke on my Park and Ride bus who had to drive back alone to Reading, having also done so for the rained off game. 1200 miles for that!
BBC Berkshire said 109 fans made the trip.

Does it oxf*rd matter for oxf*rd sake you Chelsea mong. Anyone who takes time off work for a 12 hour round trip on a freezing night to see that shower get hammered by a team not much better deserves a medal. And for the record in 1981 I took 2 days off work to travel on the coach for a mid week mid table nothing to play for match at Carlisle which was 0-0. So I have done my share of suffering.
