I think this could make a positive difference in January. The fans perhaps swaying back towards BM and more so against AZ in frustration? AZ feeling some pressure to show some of this ambition. We'll see.

I heart Jimmy Kebe!

Although I still think jimmy is crap and can't stand watching him play ( I'd rather swallow a toaster) he has got it spot on with his comments, but I still don't think it will make a difference.

Time will tell

Well he's gone up in my book. Fantastic interview, couldn't have summed up our plight better.

I love these comments, well said Jimmy!

I think it's the first time someone has broken through the cocoon of PR that surrounds the club to speak some sense in, well since we got to the premier league 7 years ago.

And to be fair I'm starting to warm to Johnny Fordham, he's actually taking the fans side a lot recently.

Utterly awful interviewer though! Not remotely confident...must do better

Even Dellor has started to question BM of late.

I agree with everything he says other than

“We are trying to do our best, but let’s be honest - we look like a good Championship team.
“We are a good Championship team trying to compete in the Premier League – that’s it.

We look like a average championship, and that's being generous

“We have some good players, but it wasn't enough and we knew it. “People will talk s*** about us like we are s*** and the manager needs to leave, but that’s bulls***"

That's some brilliant chain swearing there.

“People need to remember what we did last season because it is easy to be behind us when we win every game - but now it is very tough. Now we will see if there are real fans behind us or not"

Probably not Jimbo, they're mainly dicks.

Stuka Is anybody in possession of the great man's signature? I have a signed team photo from 2010/11 season. Although I don't know which of the many Sharpie pen scribbles are his, I still feel closer to Kebe knowing I own something he touched.

It is of course framed pride of place above my liquor cabinet.

I have a signed Kebe shirt. McAnuff tried to sign it after Jimmy as well but I wouldn't let him near it. I also have a football which he skied over the bar in a warm up once - its my prized possession.

And go on Jimmy!!!

Probably Kebes best contribution to our season so far..
Suprised he managed to say all that without tripping over his own tongue.

Booing was shameful last night. If we had just got dundered 5-2 by QPR then I'd maybe overlook it.

Would happily punch anyone who booed in the face. And their kids. Whether they were in attendance or not.

Fan Chant Suggestion for Kebe. Based on Man United chant for Wayne Rooney... http://fanchants.co.uk/football-songs/m ... -the-name/

Kebe Version:

I saw my mate the other day,
He said have you seen, Jimmy Kebe,
No I said, who is he?
He plays on the wing for Reading FC,
Jimmy Kebe, Reading FC,
He plays on the wing for Reading FC...
(repeated)

Interestingly, Kebe refused to sign a new contract until after Roberts arrived which signalled the Club's intent to improve. Now Kebe has spoken out and justifiably so. He is right in what he says especially regarding the need for the supporters to get behind the team. Can the fans do more?
