His team selections continue to amaze. They get more oxf*rd stupid and unjustified each week.

We're almost certainly going to lose so why not rest Shorey who is one of our best players but isn't a natural athlete so probably needs a bit of a rest?

Hilarious squad selection aside, I think 4-5-1 gives us a chance to hold on to anything we can produce at the other end. . . That's the only positive I can think of.
