IdealFriday's Legacy The Daily Mail are trying to arrange another interview with Anton Zingarevich. Should be interesting, as I would expect the January transfer window to raise/answer a few questions.
Why would there be any questions? We're a top 5 club, the stadium now holds 70,000 spectators and we smashed our transfer record 17-fold during the last transfer window.
TSI can pat themselves on the back for a job well done, having delivered on all fronts.
You love repeating yourself, don't you? Yet we're what, 7-8 months into new ownership and apparently it's all just not good enough this getting promoted to the PL unexpectedly. You have no idea what money was available in the summer, nor what is available in January. The 5 year plan/ambition is just that!
So far TSI have more than kept their word. We've remained prudent, as promised, but increased our budgets to be more competitive in the transfer market, again a promise kept. What the manager does with that investment is his choice. Money has been thrown at improving the training ground in readiness for Cat 1 status, and that is ongoing. You though seem unable to look at the bigger picture!
If you step back and look at things then we have a lot to be positive about.
