Ian Royal Not sold on this signing either, although I'm veering between thinking it could be great and thinking it'll be a massive disappointment.

Obssessed.

I don't just sit on the fence, if I just sat on the fence I wouldn't get into so many arguments on here. Just because I happen to accept that very little is certain and leave room for new information to change my opinion, or wait until there is a decent amount of information to form a full opinion, doesn't mean I sit on the fence.

Not really a rumour any more is it? We've had direct quotes in the press from both BMac and the Mariners' chairman. To The Team?

Yeh, it's official. Only thing stopping it now is the border agency.

See if Rogic was polish that couldn't speak any English and was going to provide no input into the economy, we could get him straight away.

Sorry but I have to disagree with the tenor of this post. Most East European girls that I have met have been quite charming.
Plus Raziak, Wdowski etc have done reasonably well for us.

If Rogic was from a country that was part of the European Union then he wouldn't need a work permit. We could of course pick up on the implied racism of your statement, or alternatively the delicious irony of "was polish that couldn't speak any English", but I think ramming the facts down your throat will suffice.

Yes, tenor:

tenor

c.1300, "general meaning, purpose, drift," from O.Fr. tenour "substance, sense" (13c.), from L. tenorem (nom. tenor) "contents, course," originally "a holding on," from tenere "to hold" (see tenet).

general drift of thought; purpose: to follow the tenor of an argument

you really shouldn`t be entitled to an opinion until you stop posting pointless crap on the rumours and gossip section.
