People who don't have tattoo's will be in the minority soon. I hope those people who have tattoo sleeves don't regret it in a few years as its a fashion thing. Just like in the 90's with the tattoo bands around the arm. They look awful now, especially on women.

As for other people who get them, it's generally people on benefits, fat women who somehow think it will improve their looks or as above (with the sleeve) people who follow the herd.
