granted he has worked hard for us, but hes just league 1 quality at best, and not what we need.

Don't be a dick. The lad's come up through our academy and given us some decent performances and important goals at, all things considered, very little expense to the club. He's not a Premiership striker, so it's best for all parties that he moves on and finds his level. But he's a Reading Academy graduate, not a clueless clown.
