Pog

Subs:

I would like the team to be but it won't:
..................Federici
..Gunter, Mariappa, Pearce, Shorey
...............Leigertwood*
..............Tabb...Guthrie
Kebe...........................McAnuff
....................Pog

Taylor, Cummings, Morrison, Karacan, ALF, HRK, Roberts/Hunt.

*Or Akpan if he's been more than twice as good as the first half against Crawley. Or Carrico is he's fully fit.

I appreciate the dropping of Karacan will not go down well. And probably not the dropping of Harte either.

It's all well placing Caricco in CM, although we know he can play two positions including defence and none of us are sure where he'll be best suited :| Plus, will he be match fit? I'd love to see him in midfield though; hopefully taking Leigertwood's place.

I'd go.......

....................Federici...................
Gunter, Morrison, Pearce, Harte* -> (Cannot even think to drop him, his dead-ball delivery is one of the best RFC have ever had.)
.............Karacan..........Leigertwood.............
Kebe.................Guthrie..............McAnuff
............................Pog............................

With Alfie to come on when Pogrebnyak is twatting exhausted. So, basically after the hour mark, when I hope we're leading.

Guthrie prefers the deeper role and dropping Karacan is just ridiculous! Bet you are still gutted Brian Howard left!!

I reckon we'll just go with the same as what we've been playing for the past couple games, but probably swapping Carrico for Leigertwood. Either one of Le Fondre or Pogrebnyak will do and although I'd prefer Le Fondre, I predict Pogrebnyak will start again.

Gunter--- Marriappa--- Pearce--- Harte

-------------------Carrico-----------------

Kebe------ Karacan----- Guthrie--- McAnuff

He's the captain. This isn't the preferred 'best eleven' people are choosing, it's just who they think will play against West Brom. For the most part, anyway.

Besides, what's your problem with McAnuff big boy?

I haven't put him in an advanced one, same as against Spurs and West Ham. Just Legs is even further back.

I think Tabb's been better than Karacan and Legs offers height and strength which Karacan can't (and was better against Spurs), otherwise I'd rather have him than Legs. As I said, didn't expect it to be popular.

Because Robson-Kanu can't defend nearly as well and McCleary is a right winger. Start tight, trying to nick a goal, go bolder and opener with HRK coming on for him towards the end if you need to. And he's the captain.

cos hes probably one of our most consistent players, still in the top asissters in the league(8 i think) works daftly hard to defend and track back(which cant be said for mcleary/HRK), as well as doing his offensive work, hes captain,i like him, i think he is a good player

Your'e right, they must be shit because they only just beat Everton. Let's play someone who's had less than 90minutes of football all season instead.

Playing with just 10 men? I like the confidence Brendy, and it way well throw WBA.. I just can't see Brian doing it.
