TBM Every match thread has to end with "sponsored by......." and then something relevant to the opposition

GC has broken every rule with a match thread

I was hoping for this to be sponsored by "Sean" Long.

Good to see Carrico starting. Shame that HRK didn't make the bench. He always seems to up the tempo of the whole team when he comes on.

Starter for 10... what's the name of the squiggly thing underneath the second C in Carrico?

QPR get a draw, so we have to at least match that to stay off the bottom.

It's looking uncomfortable with QPR getting 4 bonus points off the big boys. A couple of weeks ago I thought they were still nailed on for bottom. Now I'm not so sure. They've stepped up their game, now it's our turn. We need to see a performance and a result today.

Pretty much the team I expected McDermott to put out. I'd have made a couple of extra changes personally, because I'd be looking to try and give us (in my view) the best possible combination for better possession. Because more and better possession = more chance to do something with it and less pressure and less chance for the opposition to hurt you.

G'arn Carrico, show us what ya got.

In Valencian dialect they have the same letter, its pronounced as an S. Assuming its the same in Portuguese.

Ca-rri-so

roll the R's, the RRI (pronounced RREE) is the strongest syllable and the SO as if you were going to say sock without the ck

Reading vs. West Brom on Football Manager....7 mins before kick off, will report the result and stick a tenner on it.

It's in 2020 though

Interesting about the sock without the ck idea...

Just watched the first couple of seconds of this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eomAcP6oLG0

It's almost like the end of Carrico is pronounced like soup with out the p.

THOUGHTS?
