RFCUK
ManchesterRoyals Can we pull it off and stay up?

QPR
Villa
Sunderland
Southampton
Villa
Wigan

^^^All to play at home.

We only have to score one more point than 17th, so I don't care whether we do it with the last kick of the last game of the season, or whether we storm up the league..

I reckon we'll do it.

Villa twice at home?

West Ham lost again today and have been in fairly poor form recently.....That final game of the season COULD be vital for both teams.....Though I suspect the Hammers will pick up several more points than us in the time in between.....

Drive On Have been saying consistently to anyone who will listen that we will stay up. Most have scoffed, many have felt sorry for me but trust me, WE WILL!

Good luck in the rehab clinic

No we can't. We make so few chances when we play 4-5-1 that it takes us to be losing before we switch to 4-4-2 and then we look a threat. The home games are massive, so we have a fighting chance, but the way we set out it just feels like we're focused on defending and we hope for scraps. I just can't see it, but hey, the gap is cut to three (for now), so lets enjoy it and hope we can continue to build on it.

Yes! We cut it back by 2 points today. We do not have to do that every week, but it would be nice. If we can average 1 point a week cut back, we will make it to survival,.....easily. 41 points is still a viable total for our season....It was great to see the team being a TEAM! The whole being greater than our individual parts! Tough for any team to beat that......

Anyone who voted 'no' needs to learn how to read a question properly and get a better grasp of maths IMHO.

This is the thing - 3 points off safety with 16 games left you can't say it's not possible as it clearly is.

However, doing it is another thing altogether...

If we win against Newcastle then it's on like donkey kong!

Glad Chelsea have got their last couple of defeats out of their system before we play them. Maybe we can sucker punch them into a draw once they think they're back on top. :?

Pulling it off and staying "up" is pretty tricky tbf, particularly for the older nobbers........

As long as we go down fighting that's all anyone really wants to see. I said I hoped we'd get more than 25 points & think we absolutely can now.

There's a small chance that today could be a catalyst for us though. Bloody hope so!
