In fairness Kes, you go to any club's messageboard when they're bottom of the league and 2-0 at home and you'd see much the same, probably worse.

Tokyo Sex Whale Don't worry, Kebe can read the future and that touch must be part of a greater plan.

SydenhamRoyal
Mike Hunt Just heard the replays of Dellor's call.

1-2 Slightest excitement
2-2 Normal Dellor Goal Reaction
3-2 Fucking lost his shit.

He said later he might have hurt a muscle in his stomach with the celebration

Is there a way of listening to it again?

Brilliant. I'm gonna have a sore throat for days. I was hugging people from the rows infront and behind of me in a crazy joyous melee of strained screams and love.

Cheers for that. Great stuff. I quite like Dellor. He nearly lost it as much as I did. Fair play for him managing not to swear on the radio.

VictorDMor Hey guys, i'm new at HNA although I visited the forums frequently, so I created my account today to get more involved with RFC.

I'm a brazilian Reading fan, and I first met the Royals when I randomly chose them to manage in CM 01/02, since then I became a great fan of Reading, by unexplained reasons haha.

I started to follow at the 05/06 Championship (yea I was lucky), even that I thought the squad was Igoe, Caskey, Parkinson, Whitehead, and many others, because of CM, only before I got in touch in the 05/06 campaign i really started to get deep and updated about everything related to Royals.

I didn't find a welcome thread to introduce myself so I posted here, hope that's not a issue at all. Sorry for eventually bad english.

Fala Victor, sou ingles mas moro aqui no Brasil também. Vc é de onde?

 As has already been said, we were shit at that time and we were 2-0 down at home. You can't tell me that, to a man/woman/child, everyone in the stadium was optimistic either.

We won, and it was the way we won that has pleased me the most - we didn't give up. Maybe, at last, the team are coming together as one again and the spirit and tenacity is there, if not the flair!

I don't remember calling us "an embarrassing bunch of shit" tbh. Or telling the manager or chairman to fack off or that we're the worst Premier League team of all time or any of the other shit that you and the other one-cellers come out with.

I said it was a shower of shite - which it was for the first 80 minutes. And we only have your word that you didn't moan at the game.

We're all entitled to our opinions and, as I said, there has been precious little to get optimistic about - however, having now come back from 2-0 down in such a great fashion, I suspect if we're in that situation again, people on here (and at the game) might not be so quick to judge, hoping against hope that we can do it again.

I think it's a bit rich having a go at people for speaking their mind, when that's exactly what you're doing now!

Pah.

Do you not agree that we were a shower of shite for the bulk of that game then? If not, may I respectfully suggest a visit to Specsavers.

We were shit for about 25 minutes in the second half and their first goal was against the run of play. Steve Clarke may have thought he was in control but from where I was sitting we were creating chances and getting closer and getting a grip on the game from about 5 minutes after their second goal.
this is from watching the game back last night btw. Live it seemed more shocking than it was which ill blame on a flat atmosphere and fan grumblings.
