SCIAG Earlier in the season, to an extent, but let's be honest, most of the entertainment in the high scoring matches came from Arsenal or Man United. We weren't playing good football, we were just going all out for goals and that was leading to the opposition scoring a lot, as well as us getting more than we otherwise would have (we're scoring a similar amount of goals to Norwich and Stoke but conceding a lot more, we've scored more at home than Liverpool, Spurs, West Brom or Everton).
Over the last half-dozen matches we've gone back to 4-5-1 because we've had everyone fit. Our defending has improved and we're not scoring as many. Earlier in the season we wouldn't have kept a clean sheet against West Ham, we would have conceded a lot earlier against Man City, and so forth- just look at Swansea away as a prime example of us failing to hold a comfortable lead.
So no, we're not the most entertaining. Our matches were the most entertaining, but we're more pragmatic of late.

MmmMonsterMunch Forget quality of the play or the players for that matter, do others not think that perhaps we've offered up the most entertainment in the PL this season?
The never say die attitude & 'kamikazeness' of it all has gained us a lot of admiration from the neutrals don't you think?
Discuss.

RockheadRumple Chelsea 2 - 4 Reading
QPROFL 2 - 3 Reading (League Cup)
Reading 3 - 3 Fulham *First on MOTD*
Reading 5 - 7 Arsenal (League Cup)
Reading 3 - 4 Manchester United *First on MOTD*
Reading 2 - 5 Arsenal
Reading 3 - 2 West Brom *First on MOTD*
Pretty exciting results, I'd say. Not the most exciting players, but definitely a hilariously suicidal wild approach to games earlier in the season.
Definitely more exciting than the three that went down last season.
