Newcastle away. Songs for tabby.

by rollsy » 14 Jan 2013 11:18

Any ideas for songs for Tabb for Newcastle away?

I know he won't be there, but I think most would agree that he has been a fantastic servant to the club, and his recently being asked to seek alternative employment has mystified a lot of us, especially given the performances of some of the other mid fielders.

Will anyone hear them considering the altitude they'll be sung from?

Not criticising your opinion but why lose Tabb when legs has been so shockingly poor?

On his day Legs is better than Tabb, and i agree recently Tabb has been outstanding. BUT as we have just signed two new CMs his chances to play will be less and less, so i think we owe it to him to let him move and play the regular football that he deserves elsewhere.

Was never up to it.

A decision long over due.

Won't be missed.

Fills in when required, runs and works hard but in reality achieves little.

i am criticising yours when i say that legs hasnt been shockingly poor at all. people jump on players all th etime for percieved faults, but utterly fail to take into account how the tactics, team play, and team confidence impact on said players.

hence jobi and ledge get all the grief for problems that run through the team and are exacerbated by playing some of the best teams in the country

Tabb has been a good player for us, not sure he fits the 'legend' status that some seem to want to give him. He is a top pro, nice bloke and i wish him all the best at another club

Talk of Watford being a likely destination.

You're either a legend or you're not.

Make your mind up!

good pro, but running round like a headless chicken does not make you a club legend.

could do a job in the lower leagues though.

He eventually wants to go back to brentford. Would imagine he'll end up at a London based c'ship club for a couple of seasons before that.

Millwall would be a good destination for him. He could probably get in their team or be around that team.

I'm not sure Watford is the right place.

Might swap divisions with us if he goes to Millwall or Watford; play off contendors both. He might have the last laugh.
