It would be nice to stick one over on Chelsea. More so than any of the other big teams.

Chelsea are doing fine away though. The problem is their poisonous tantrum throwing fans creating a toxic atmosphere at home games because they haven't got their way.

What a collective bunch of arseholes.

Going forward they are at times IMHO the most exciting side to watch in English football.
Unfortunately for Chelsea none of Mata,Oscar or Hazard can tackle so it is left to Ramires to do most of the defensive midfield work mainly on his own and very occasionally with Fat Frank when he catches up with the game.
Also I don't rate Cahill and/or Ivanovic as centre-backs so when we play them I can see us scoring a couple but they might also get six or seven if it is one of their on days.

Same as Pog's yesterday (on the half way line near the end).

If you were a headhunter drawing up a short-list for managers next season and didn't know the history of the club, where would you look? The best in Spain?

Well Tito Vilanova's not going to leave Barcelona so you would have to look at Mourinho. But you've sacked him...

In England, you'll never get Sir Alex or Arsene Wenger and you'll never buy out Roberto Mancini at Manchester City.

So which manager is third in the league right now? Well, that's Benitez. You've already got him.

What about fourth? That's Villas-Boas. But you've sacked him.

Look to France and who is manager of their biggest club, Paris St Germain - a man with enormous pedigree in the game? Ancelotti. But you've sacked him.

Look further abroad then.

Who is manager of the most successful nation in football history, Brazil? Who has been entrusted with that nation's most important campaign, the 2014 World Cup, which they will host? That's Scolari. But you've sacked him.

The reality is Chelsea will never be stable until Abramovich is the manager."

i like this post TBM. I like it a lot. I hope Abramovich is too proud to ask Mourinho back. But i think he will ask him. If he does the special one will jump at it.

Since 2003, 7 managers have won the Champions League.

One is Ferguson, one is Rijkaard.

Chelsea have sacked 3 of the others and will soon make that 4.

Does anyone wonder why number 7 chose to go to Bayern Munich instead?

I am being pedantic now as you make a good point but I would say Simeone, Bielsa, Rijkaard, Mel or Mazzarri would all be on the list. Bielsa would get my vote as that lunatic would be entertaining.

Rijkaard has recently been sacked by Saudi Arabia

Irrelevant. That is not the way for a pro to act. Just goes to show what a classless bunch of chavs Chelsea are. They are the epitome of all that is bad in English football.
