Nice break from the league next weekend to enjoy being out of the bottom three. Roll on Sheff Utd.

Only if Villa don't pick up anything at WBA tonight.

It won't be pretty, but we need to show that determination and belief every week...and it will stay in our hands. One more signing, someone that could make a difference this season. Oh, and come on the Baggies!

Not sure why you have stuck Heston Blumenthal in there, but perhaps he has the magic ingredient we need :D

2-0 Villa. Looks like we are heading straight back to the relegation zone.

Why has Lukaku suddenly become average at best after looking like a world beater t'other week? Useless Baggy tossers.

2-1 now. Get in. A draw or loss for Villa having been 2-0 up could be further destroy their already fragile confidence.

with Newcastle 4th bottom the Geordies are in total free fall and just can't seem to halt their slide down the table and you have to now say they are in very serious danger of going down.

The form table makes for good reading tonight - we're 9th with Norwich, Villa, Newcastle and Wigan making up the bottom four, and QPR and Fulham well down the table as well...

Tricky couple of games with Chelsea and Sunderland coming up, but if we can pick up 3 points from those two I think things will still look a lot rosier than they did at Xmas (and the way we're going at the moment I wouldn't be surprised to see us get revenge for what happened at Stamford Bridge next week)....

Heart is starting to say we have a chance now, but the head is still saying we will go down.

I remember in our last ill fated Premiership campaign there was a point around Feb or March where we put a few wins together and started pulling away to safety, only to plummet back down the table in the last couple of months.

Go this terrible feeling it will go the last game of the season and it will all end in tears for us.
