IMHO Blackpool are waiting right to the end of the window to see how much they can get, I imagine this will go down to the final wee hours… If we have withdrawn, it's just so BP can't keep pushing the price up, and BMD going public is merely to turn Inces head at the thought of playing in the Prem. I don't think we're willing to spend 8 million on anyone - especially a Championship player.

I think we can say with reasonable certainty that we were willing to strike a deal worth as much as £6m for a Championship player. Given that would double the highest fee we've paid for a player, it might just be about time for the naysayers on here to calm down to a panic.
