LoyalRoyal22 Brendan Rodgers will have the last laugh

Use the sell on clause money he gets from the Ince deal, to buy Pearce

No, because we won't sell him, and if he don't sign a new contract, he will leave on a free

Most prob would in that instance, but I actually think he wants to stay just like BM said. Just think he is waiting to see how we are placed toward end if season before he signs anything

I don't get it. On SSN, it says "Reading have withdrawn their offer as Blackpool aren't willing to sell", then it says "the offer is still under consideration".

How does that work? :|

How does that work? :|

Because SSN sources are claiming one thin and we are claiming another

Basically we have withdrawn our offer as Blackpool aren't willing to sell, but the offer is still under consideration.

But SSN are showing those two things on the ticker right after one another.

Just to confirm as I'm still being asked, #readingfc HAVE NOT withdrawn offer for Ince and Blackman deal doesn't mean it's off either

It hasn't been on and off.. SSN are forever getting things wrong and removing reports from their website and/or changing them. They haven't got a clue what's going on. BM says we're talking, and JF says he's been told the offer is still in place. It's up to Blackpool now.

I would take Ince for £8m.

English players always go for a premium
Zaha went for £15m
He's only 20
He's got a solid mentor in Paul behind him keeping him well in check.
I think his dad would rather he stay at Blackpool than go to Liverpool
He could potentially use Reading as a stepping stone!

Having said its more than likely a load of waffle and we were never in for him.

But strong rumours of intent are good enough for me at this stage!

Has transfer deadline day ever been as exciting as this one for a Reading fan... I think not!!

Club are showing their ambition and I for one am looking forward to tomorrow.

Ince will be a quality signing.

He's free in the summer? There's no way we have offered £7m. Half that maybe.

He's out of contract. That doesn't mean he would be free .

Blackpool are to reject a £6.5million offer from Reading for Tom Ince.
The bid was made over the weekend with Reading promising add-ons but Blackpool want more for the England Under 21 international.
They have already rejected a £4.75m offer from Liverpool and want a clear £7m from Ince’s former club who also have a 35 per cent sell-on clause.

They turned down our last offer… I think it's possible upped our offer since, but nobody knows anything really, hence all the headless chickens.
Blackpool will go down to the wire on this and dont have to sell so I imagine will only take close to or no less than their valuation of 8m
