It doesn't say there is any new news, just more news from this afternoon's press conf. If it was anything exciting, we would know by now as Fordham and SSN were at that earlier conf. You can go to bed - nothing new to be announced tonight

We have offered a substantial fee for Ince with Church and Gorkss going the other way. Church is not keen though which has caused the stalling as he wants to stay down south.

...more like he wants to keep his £15k a week for a few more months because he wouldn't get that at Blackpool ....

Whilst funny I don't think it's fair to knock churchy. A good lad who's scored some good goals for us.

His GF is up the duff & her family are local so highly doubt he will go to Blackpool.

@JonnyFordham: Quotes from #readingfc top target Ince in @getreading 2moro. Plus more from McDermott on him and Blackman - and full Chelsea preview

Jonny Fordham making no sense there. Tomorrows post is going to be an anticlimax if he goes to Liverpool

Seems the stumbling block on this could be that Ince has a clause in his contract entitling him to 10% of any fee received. If you add that on to the monies (35%) Blackpool will have to pay LFC then you can see why they may be pushing it up. Interestingly, I thought earlier our ploy of withdrawing our offer could be to force Ince to put in a transfer request, if he does, the suggestion is that he would waive his right to the 10%. Given who his dad is, and what a stubborn f***er he was, I would guess it will make getting his signature nigh on impossible. If he sees out his contract, he may be able to get a significantly bigger pay day signing a new contract in the summer.

Wwould we stumble over that. That's Blackpools silly fault if they signed that into his contract

Quotes from ince? This means he has signed surely. Plus jonny isnt responding to any tweets, he's obviously trying to keep things quiet.

rate ince highly would be a great capture, but cant see it happening as im sure either liverpool or soton would outbid us and liverpool have the history/more chance of european games

Wikipedia could make Jeremy Clarkson the next prime minister and bring Jeremy Beadle back if it wanted to
