Cripple Creek I don't believe it I stopped watching from my computer in Oz after Chelsea went 2-0 up (yes, I know, I know) and filled in a job application instead thinking "I'll do something useful with my life". I've just looked at the BBC Headline Reading Double Stuns Chelsea. Can't bloody believe it frankly. Serves me right, before anyone else tells me.

After that first goal it was definitely a "No, surely not!?" moment. Then we barely got a kick for about 3 minutes of the remaining 7 or 8. Then we scored. Tee hee.

Whilst I agree with your overall sentiment, what is it about that statement that is in any way incorrect?[/quote]

The Beardy Man Our first goal was absolute class. Top quality pass from Akpan, incisive run and finish from Alfie. Alf's finish for the second....even better.
Very solid performance again tonight. If you can stay in the game, you just never know with us.

Would you go as far as saying Alf is probably the most natural finisher Reading have ever had? I'm coming around to that and I've been supporting the club since the 60s.
