rhroyal Against the likes of Chelsea and away from home, I would continue with 4-5-1.
However, at some to a bottom half team, it should be 4-4-2. You need to consider that 4-5-1 has had us in losing positions for the last 3 matches, only for 4-4-2 to win us 7 points.

In fairness I think he's replaced Jem with Akpan and Jobi with McLeary.....but you're right, Jobi won't be replaced..
