i just find it rather hard to believe that he would come to us, why take backwards steps, as we all know he could most prob play in any team in the division

Why wouldn't we be an attractive prospect? He's at a team where he's not getting what he wants, he know's he'd be the main man here, knows the atmosphere and a lot of the players, close with the manager and get a team build around him, we can match the wages he's on and Anton is very forward in selling his vision for the club. That along with what's looking more and more like possible survival.

We had a chance in this window, if it hadn't been for Damaio we would have had a picture of him holding up the hoops again. As it is, we haven't and I imagine it'll be a lot harder in the summer.

and their are no better attractive prospects than us? i find it hard to believe.
dont get me wrong id love to have him back, but i think there is more chance of getting blood from a stone.
everton, liverpool, west brom, just a few that i believe would be a better prospect, even returning to swansea would be more beneficial to him.
also does he not have as good as relationship with that twat rodgers as he has with BM, why you think he went to swansea?

Do you seriously believe we'd offer £12m for a player we have close links to without knowing whether he'd be interested in returning? Of course he'd come back given the right circumstances.

Yes I do seriously believe it. In my opinion it was just a "ploy" to keep the fans happy and let them believe that we do have the ambition that we seriously lack.

But that's just my opinion, you don't have to agree. Untill I'm shown any proof he would have come bk, il take it with a pinch of salt

You're laughable. Ploy to keep the fans happy... I bet you believe Prince Phillip had Diana murdered and we've never landed on the moon too.

The time it was first claimed man landed on the moon, was bullshit. Obviously it has happened for real since
